Cooked up this one for people who couldnt pick just one tree style. Five different trees line up in a row across the top half. Left to right: a wide fluffy dark green tree in a white pot with scattered red and white ornaments, a taller narrower tree loaded with round baubles and a red star up top, a slim pencil-thin red tree with its own red star, a full-bodied dark green decorated one with a mix of coloured balls and another red star, then a chunky rounded tree with a red solid base. All five read as their own thing but sit together as a matching set.

Below the row of trees flows a large calligraphy script in bright green. Merry christmas. The lettering uses big looping ascenders and descenders with that inky brush-pen feel. Small snowflake-star accents sit beside the script. Seven colours in total, density at 850 stitches per square inch, and the biggest size tops out at 41,731 stitches so factor in a couple of hours depending on your machine speed.

Four sizes: smallest is 4.51 by 3.93 inches biggest goes to 7.51 by 6.54. A customer messaged me last december wanting it for a large canvas gift sack, she stitched the largest size on deep red cotton drill and said the green script on that red base looked like a proper department store window. Texted me a photo. Looked brilliant.

Use a medium-weight cutaway under cotton canvas, denim or quilting fabric. Works well on cream calico or natural canvas where both the green trees and green script pop against the neutral base. Dont attempt dark backgrounds, the merry christmas lettering doesnt read well against navy or charcoal at this stitch density. Stitch a full colour swatch on scrap first so youre sure about tension before going onto your finished piece.

Keep your needle fresh for this one. A dull needle on high-density satin fills causes skipped stitches in the script loops. Text me on the shop contact if any letter in the calligraphy section shows a registration gap and Ill rebuild the registration.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
