Put together this anchor divider design for people doing nautical-themed text pieces, like when you want to drop an anchor motif between two lines of lettering or between a name and a date. The anchor is clean and filled, the two horizontal bars run through the crossbar area and extend out on both sides, it has that old-school navy insignia feel to it.

Four sizes, smallest is 2.33 inches wide and runs 2,561 stitches, largest is 5.13 inches and hits 8,001 stitches, theres a decent range in there for most hoop sizes. One colour, black, density is set up so the divider bars stay crisp and dont bleed together on the tighter sizes.

I use this one myself when Im doing name-plus-anchor personalised pieces for sailing families. The divider format means it sits naturally between two text elements. Works on cotton, linen, canvas, denim without any issue. Use tearaway stabiliser on wovens, cutaway on jerseys or knit fleece.

A customer in march asked me for send them this as part of a custom nautical family name hoop design, the divider bar version made it all come together really cleanly. Hoop it centred on a tea towel with a line of text on each side, or use it on a shirt cuff alongside a name. The clean lines mean it reads well even at the smaller sizes. Email me if you need help placing it alongside text files and Ill give you sizing tips.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
