Its a face drawn in that pared-back fashion illustration style where most of the detail comes from line weight rather than colour. The eyes are the main event. One eye fully open with long thick lashes fanning out, arched brow above it. The other is mid-wink, lashes bunched. A taupe satin fill sits on the eyelid giving it that smoky shadow effect without going full makeup-look. Red lips, parted just slightly. Long fingers with red nails resting at the chin.

Five colours but its really built in black and red, the rest is supporting. Lips and nails use the same crimson thread so ya only swap once during the stitch-out. Wilcom digitised the lashes with individual satin columns so each one reads as a separate lash and not a black blob, which is kinda the difference between a digitised face that works and one that dosent. Eight sizes, 3.5 to 7 inch wide, ranging 4,160 stitches on the smallest up to 8,167 on the biggest.

I get orders for this one from beauty salon owners and nail studio owners who want something for branded totes and aprons. One customer who opened her nail bar last october ordered it on a black canvas apron and then sent me a photo, really clean result on that dark ground. She told me clients keep asking where she got it digitised. The face reads as knowing and a lil bit cool without being aggressive, which is exactly the vibe most beauty businesses want.

Stitch on a black tee and the red lips pop like nothing else. Try cream cotton or dove grey for a softer editorial look. Avoid textured or slubbed fabrics because the thin face lines want a tight weave underneath or they blur on the first wash. Use a medium-weight cutaway and topping on terry or waffle towelling if youre customising salon towels. Skip patterned backgrounds, the line work doesnt have room to compete. Send me a note if the file doesnt load right and Ill look at the export settings.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
