I made this one for the moms who are done with the sweet floral stuff. Its a stylised skeleton hand, bones rendered in clean stitches, with small scattered stars around it and Mom Life sitting above the whole thing in bold lettering. Dark, a little cheeky, and honestly way more wearable than you might think. Looks suprisingly good on a black tee or a dark hoodie, which is where most customers run it.

No dimensions data came through with this one so stitch counts will vary by the size you run it at, but the design is set up with clean outlines and good density throughout. Tearaway stabiliser works on most woven fabrics like denim or canvas. For stretch tees go cutaway so the stitches dont move around. Hoop it snug or you'll get tracking issues on the star details.

Chest placement is where this one really lands. A few customers have done it on zip-up hoodies too, left chest, and it reads well at that scale. One person did it on a black tote bag for a friend who has three kids and runs on zero sleep, and apparently that was the most accurate gift anyone had ever given her. You can run all of it in white thread on black fabric and it really pops, or go cream-on-black for something a bit more worn-in looking.

Holler at me if the file gives you any trouble and Ill sort it out fast.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Left chest black tee embroideryLeft chest on a black or charcoal tee is the sweet spot, the stars and lettering read cleanly at that scale.
  • Dark hoodie front panelA dark hoodie front really lets the white skeleton outline pop without needing any color changes.
  • Zip-up hoodie chest logoZip-up hoodies work great here since the left chest panel gives just enough room for the hand and stars.
  • Canvas tote bag centerCanvas tote bags in black or navy take this design really well, especially as a gift for the done-with-everything mom.
  • Denim jacket back yokeDenim jacket back yoke placements have been popular, running it in cream thread for that vintage band-tee feeling.
  • Funny mom gift sweatshirtCustomers often make this up on sweatshirts as a birthday or Mothers Day gift for the mom who hates sentimental stuff.
  • Black baseball cap frontA black structured cap with this on the front panel is an easy sell at local craft markets.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
