Heres the monster claw at 7.5 inch top size and its busting straight out of a charcoal stone wall at ya. Five long bone-coloured claws, scaly lime green knuckles and a thick wrist, all reaching forward through a jagged crack in the wall. Spooky shadow fissures spread out behind, the cracked stone bits scatter around the edges and the whole image feels like the wall just gave up.

The colour count runs 7 thread changes. Lime green and deep forest green carry the scaly hand fills, bone cream sits on the claws with hatched line shading, stone grey covers the broken stone chunks and black ink does all the outline work. Shadow ink fills the inner crack so the depth reads proper. Pairs nicely with a fall pumpkin row on the same tee.

Last halloween a customer recieved orders for kids costume jackets and she suprised me by buying eleven copies of this one for a haunted house staff team. Run at six inches on charcoal sweatshirt cotton the whole batch finished cleanly and the white tips read sharp from across the room. I been digitising halloween and pumpkin designs for years now and the wall-burst format always sells through fall.

Once you mount it on white, cream or grey fabric the green hand and bone claws read cleanest. Skip black or deep navy because the scaly green vanishes into the cloth and the shadow fissures lose all definition. Cotton, fleece or canvas tote bags suit best. Stretchy knits wont hold the cracked wall edges so woven only.

Density runs heavy because of the dense scale fills, 17k stitches at smallest and 43k at biggest. Back it with a heavy cutaway, pull the hoop tight and pick polyester thread for wash durability on costume gear. Run the head slow over the bone claw satin columns. The cracks need clean line work and rushed tension causes pull, its definately worth the patience. Knock the FAQ if a colour reads off on dark fabric.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
