I made this one for people who want something that reads nighttime without going full galaxy print. A crescent moon sits nestled into a small cluster of soft puffy clouds with stars scattered around the scene. The moon has that classic curved shape, nothing abstract, and the clouds are rounded and gentle. Muted tones throughout, pale yellow for the moon, soft grey-white on the clouds, which makes it read as quiet and calming rather than bright or stimulating. Perfect for a nursery or a kids bedroom where you want the decor to feel settled.

No dimensions listed but this scene-style composition works best at 3.5 to 4 inches to keep the cloud and star detail clear. The soft fill sections have density set for a smooth finish on lighter fabrics. Cutaway on onesies, crib sheets, or any stretch knit, tearaway on woven cotton, muslin, or felt. Hoop gently on baby fabrics, the softer the material the more careful you need to be not to distort the weave.

This is one of those designs people come back for because it fits so many nursery projects at once. Someone stitched a set of four of these at different scales on a patchwork crib quilt and it looked like it came from a boutique baby shop. Also works perfectly on the front pocket of a sleep sack or as the center piece on a small nursery wall hoop.

Drop me a chat note if the star scatter detail is too fine for your machine and Ill sort it out fast.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
