One customer wrote me back in march asking for a sleeping princess design for her granddaughters second birthday quilt. She wanted something dreamy not cutesy, kinda the difference between disney princess and old picture-book princess. So I went with a curled-up pose on a crescent moon, lilac gown, the whole scene floating between puffy clouds. Took me about two weeks of tweaks before she signed off.
The file packs 14 sizes, widths 3.5 up to 7.5 inches and heights from 2.96 up to 6.31. Stitch counts run 1027 on the tiniest version up to 24353 on the largest. 5 colour palette, lilac, cream, dusty blue, gold and walnut for the outlines. Density at 515 per square inch keeps the satin gown soft against baby skin. I customised the underlay layout in Wilcom so the cloud fills sit flat without puckering on cotton flannel. Thats what makes the design work for me. Thats where Id hoop a notch tighter.
Hoop with a medium cutaway on flannel and quilt cotton, thats my standard for nursery pieces. Set a film of soluble over fleece or minky to stop the gown details from sinking. The princesses hair has tiny directional satin sections, so a slow stitch speed helps em sit clean.
For the customers quilt block I sent her a 6-inch version centred on a square of white quilting cotton. She told me the kid loves tracing the moon with her finger. Send me a quick chat when you need the gown colour swapped to pink or sage and Ill resize the palette before you stitch out.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
