Whale arching beneath a crescent moon and scattered stars, proper dreamy. Big humpback whale arching out of the water, body in three layers of blue, light sky blue along the belly, mid sky blue across the back and a deep indigo on the tail and fin. Around him are soft white wave swirls drifting up. Top left corner has a yellow crescent moon with a connect-the-dot star pattern surrounding it, like a nursery sticker chart but stitched in fine yellow lines.

Those wave swirls are real loose, almost like watercolour washes, kept abit ghosty so they recede behind the whale instead of competing with him. The whales the hero, the stars are the dream sequence, the waves are the world hes living in. Five colours total which makes this a fast and forgiving stitch, density runs low at 713 average so even a home machine handles it without fuss.

Skip pale fabric since the sky blue belly washes into pastel and the whale loses his outline, theres no contrast to pop. Use a soft cutaway stabiliser, the design is light density but the white wave fills are slightly satin-heavy so hoop firm. Slow ya rpm down for the constellation star lines, those fine yellow runs wont read clean unless the hoop holds steady.
