Outdoor sports and adventure designs dont get requested as often as nursery or floral stuff, but when they sell they sell in bulk. Had a customer order six of these last january for a cycling club that was making custom jerseys for their annual weekend ride, which turned into one of my bigger single orders of the year. Five colours. Five sizes from 3.51 to 7.51 inches wide, stitch count 35,423 up to 87,381.
Density at 1,832 per square inch -- dense. The mountain backdrop uses heavy directional fill to give the peaks texture and that fill is what pushes the stitch count so high. Use a firm cutaway stabiliser on cotton twill or canvas, anything lighter and the dense sections pucker at the mountain base line. The bike frame uses a narrow satin stitch only 3mm wide at some points so bobbin tension matters. Please send me message if something looks off because thats usually a tension issue, not the file.
Five colour stops -- navy, rust, grey, sky, cream. Works on dark navy fabric aswell, the rust bike frame pops against a dark base better than it does on white. Pair it with dark canvas if you want the orange-rust to stand out hard. The 7 inch version on a denim jacket back is the most popular placement I see from customers who run it for club or team gear. Stitch the 4 inch on a cotton twill cycling cap, it fits perfectly above the peak of a five-panel.
Email me if a file size or format doesnt work and Ill resend in whichever format fits your machine setup.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
