Chubby round mouse standing on its hind legs holding a big daisy up in both paws. The flower is almost as big as the mouse itself, which is kind of what makes it work. Round ears with peach blush fill inside them, warm grey satin fill on the body, coral button nose, those tiny black bead eyes. The daisy petals are white with directional stitching so they fan outward from the yellow tatami-fill centre. Twelve colours in total and honestly every one of em does something.
I get messages from new mums asking about this one all the time. She sent photos last week of the 3.5-inch version stitched on a grey fleece baby blanket in navy fleece thread for the mouse and coral for the flower centre, and the whole thing popped. Wee little mouse holding a flower on a cozy fleece blanket, exactly what you want for a baby shower gift.
Hoop on minky, fleece or cotton muslin with a cutaway stabiliser. The satin fill on the mouse body needs proper underlay to sit flat, dont rush it. Use a topping mesh on minky to stop the satin columns sinking into the pile. Stitch count runs 15k at the smallest up to just under 37k stitches on the big 7.5-inch version, so hoop size and stitch time both scale a lot across the 9 sizes.
Pop it on a white onesie at 3.5 inches centered on the chest and its perfect. Works on a cream cotton bib aswell. Skip dark navy or charcoal base fabrics because the grey mouse body wont read, you need a light or white ground so those 12 colours can all show up.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
