Worked on this one specifically for baby halloween outfits, and one customer who ordered it last halloween sent me back a photo of her little one in the onesie and I nearly died it was so cute. The black number 1 fills up with big white polka dots, My sits in chunky script to the left and HALLOWEEN runs along the bottom in solid block letters. An orange jack-o-lantern pumpkin leans against the base and a little spider hangs in the corner from a web thread.

Two colours, black and orange. Stitch count goes from about 6,000 on the smallest 3 inch size up to just over 18,000 on the full 7 inch square. Five sizes total, all square proportions which makes hooping really straightforward on onesie fronts and bib blanks. Its honestly one of the more compact files to work with.

Pop a tearaway stabiliser under the fabric before you hoop, it'll come away cleanly after stitching and wont leave residue on the baby item. Keep your machine at a medium speed through the polka dot satin sections. Skip high-stretch fabrics for this one, the straight-stitched HALLOWEEN text and the spider legs distort on anything too stretchy.

Try it on white or cream cotton onesies where the orange pumpkin really pops against the light background. Stitch it on a black cotton bib for a more dramatic look. Any file issues just message me and ill sort it out for you.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
