My First Christmas in a mix of lettering styles that plays up that baby milestone feeling. The words arent all the same font, theres a bit of mixing happening, where the main script words flow in a cursive style and the smaller words are in a block or print style that contrasts it. Six colours in total which is alot for a text piece but the holiday palette earns it because youve got reds, greens, and a warm gold all working together with a cream or white base colour tying it down.
Its done with satin lettering through the main words and some fill sections in the decorative accents around the text. The gold sits in the smaller detail elements and theres a festive element or two in there that the 6-colour range really lets breathe. Sizes run from 3.01 inches wide at the smallest to 7.01 inches on the biggest version, with heights from 2.63 to 6.14 inches. Stitch count goes from 6856 at the bottom to 16754 on the full size.
I get messages every november and december from mums and grandmas doing baby christmas onesies. Thats basically the reason this design exists. Message me if you want a hand picking the right size for a specific onesie brand because sizing across baby garment brands is inconsistent and it genuinely matters here. The 4-inch version works for most 0-6 month chest panels and the 5-inch works for older baby and toddler sizes. wilcom-digitised with calm underlay across the dense fills so the narrow satin strokes dont sink or pull on stretchy jersey knit.
Use a 75/11 needle and a good quality topping on fleece or terry, it stops the stitching from getting lost in the pile. Tear-away stabiliser on firm cotton poplin bibs or blanket edges. For stretch onesies go with a cutaway backing and a light topping. Keep bobbin tension consistent through those 6 thread changes and youre set.
Hoop tight, run a test on a scrap piece of matching fabric first, and Message me if the colour order looks weird in your software because sometimes the DST reads the sequence differently from the original.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
