Go up to the 7-inch for a toddler sweatshirt front panel. Use a tearaway on woven fabric and a cutaway stabiliser if youre stitching on jersey, the wide satin columns pull on stretchy fabric without proper backing. Hoop the jersey tight aswell. Slow the machine through the block letter sections and dont skip the underlay pass or the letters wont sit flat.
