Eleven colours in one design sounds like alot but the colour sequence is well organised so you arent stopping the machine every 30 seconds. Hair, skin, dress panels, heart, and a couple of accent shades for the shadowing. Six sizes from 2.61 inches wide up to 5.61 inches, with heights going from 3.5 to 7.5 so its taller than it is wide at every size. Stitch count goes from 8,329 at the smallest up to 20,358 at the largest. I had a customer email me last october saying she didnt realise how many colour stops there were and asked if I could send a simplified version, so fair warning, this one is best suited if you enjoy a multi-stop project.
Density is 75 which is on the moderate side for a figure design. Use a medium cutaway stabiliser, it will keep the fabric stable through all those thread changes without leaving a stiff finish. Add a light tearaway topping on any textured fabric or the finer detail in the hair stitching can sink into the weave. The underlay on the skin areas is built as a flat fill first so the satin columns sit cleanly on top.
Skip the 2.61 inch size for anything with fine hair detail, the smaller sizes compress the layered satin runs and you lose alot of the charm. The 4.5 inch to 5.61 inch range is where this one really shines. Pair it on a fabric tote front panel, a cushion cover, or a framed hoop display. Email me a photo if you do stitch it and Ill feature it on the store page, Id love to see how peoples thread choices turn out.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
