The quote wraps in a lil arc around a single sunflower, not a full wreath, just one bloom with its petals fanned out in directional satin stitches so each one catches the light at a slightly different angle. The lettering is casual script, not a stiff font, more like someone wrote it in a journal with a broad nib. Two colours only, a warm golden yellow for the flower and a darker thread for the script so the words stay readable even on mid-toned fabrics.

Density came out at 454 stitches per square centimetre on the petals, which is the sweet spot for cotton and linen. Too dense and botanical designs can start to feel stiff, too light and the satin lacks body. Ive run this on a natural linen tote and the texture really suited it, ya could see the weave showing through slightly between the petals and it looked like a proper hand-printed piece. Stitch counts go from 8184 on the smallest size up to 18931 on the largest 7.51-inch version. Use a cutaway stabiliser regardless of fabric, the script portions benefit from a locked base especially where the letters have thin connectors between them.

I got a message from a customer last spring who'd stitched this on the front panel of a zippered pouch she was giving as a teacher gift. She said the script came out sharper than she expected at the 3.51-inch size. Thats the size I'd pick for most projects too, its where the stitch quality really shows without needing a massive hoop. Pair it on a flour sack kitchen towel or a garden apron and it reads really naturally, the sunflower subject makes it feel at home anywhere with a botanical or positive-quote vibe. Drop me a message if anything in the file doesnt load and Ill fix it fast.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Linen tote bags for farmers markets or grocery runsNatural linen tote front where the weave texture shows through slightly between the petals and makes it look like a proper hand-printed piece.
  • Teacher gift zipper pouches with a feel-good messageTeacher gift zipper pouch at 3.51 inches, the script came out sharper than the customer expected at that scale and she said it was the best teacher gift she'd given.
  • Garden apron front panel for a botanical lookGarden apron chest at 5 inches for a botanical-minded home gardener, the sunflower subject makes it feel completely at home.
  • Kitchen towels in a sunshine or summer kitchen themeFlour-sack kitchen towel corner accent, the tight plain weave gives the cutaway a clean base for the thin script connectors.
  • back panel design for a casual boho statementJournal cover front panel before binding, the sunny script makes a positive everyday item for a friend going through a hard time.
  • Pillowcase centre motif for bedroom or reading nook decorMakeup bag or cosmetic zip pouch at the mid size, the floral and quote combination gives it a warmth that plain text designs dont.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
