Black and red two-color design, stacked quote layout with four different lettering styles layered on top of each other. 'Nurse' runs across the top in loose flowing cursive, and sitting above it is a tiny nurse cap with a red cross. A fine-line syringe graphic is hooped into the layout just beneath, almost like a little signature. Then 'both' cuts through the middle in thick block letters, solid red fill, real chunky satin weight. And 'queen' takes the third row in big looping lowercase script, long sweeping descenders, very handwritten feel. 'and angel' closes it out at the bottom in a tighter serif style.
And honestly the mix of lettering weights is what makes this one work. The contrast between the heavy block 'both' and the airy cursive 'nurse' above it reads well even at smaller sizes. The Wilcom build keeps the file clean and the density came out at 475, which keeps the script sections from bunching. Runs from 2 inches up to just over 7, so theres a size for badge toppers as well as full-chest placement on a hoodie. The script holds well at 2 inch, though I'd go with a good cutaway stabiliser even at small sizes because of the dense satin block in the middle.
Stitch it on scrub top pockets, canvas totes, zip pouches. Skip loose-weave fabrics for this one because the fine syringe lines wont hold. Last month I got a bunch of orders for this on plain white canvas pouches, mostly Nurses Week gifts, and the red really pops against that background. Use a stabiliser rated for your fabric weight and youll get clean results. Try it on black fabric with inverted thread colours for a completely different look.
Works for nursing school graduation gifts, RN milestone badges, Nurses Week giveaway bags, hospital department swag, and custom orders for the nurse in somebodys family who lives by both descriptions at once. Hit me up if something needs sorting and Ill fix it.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
