This came about because I had multiple people asking for something that felt like a proper appreciation piece rather than a generic medical cross. The design has colourful flowers, warm pinks, soft yellows, a little greenery, arranged in a loose frame around the word "Nurse" in an elegant script lettering. The script is cursive but not over-the-top fancy, its the kind of handwriting that reads as warm and personal. The flowers give it a celebratory feel without making it look like a birthday card. Its the sort of thing a nurse would actually want to wear or carry.

No size data in the record but the floral frame means you want at least a 5x7 hoop so both the flowers and the lettering have breathing room. Stitch count is medium to high with the flower fill and script together. You're probably looking at four or five colour stops for the different flower shades plus the lettering. Tearaway on woven scrub fabric or canvas works cleanly; go to cutaway if the scrub fabric has any stretch. The lettering detail matters here so hoop tightness is non-negotiable.

Scrub tops are the most obvious use but honestly the tote bag gets just as much action. A nurse I know ordered this for her own tote and carried it to work every day for a month before her colleagues started asking where she got it from. Also works really well on gift items like zip pouches and drawstring bags, especially around nurses week. If you want a simpler version just run the text alone in a deep burgundy or navy and skip the flowers entirely, it reads very clean that way too.

Message me a chat note if the flower colours dont match your thread inventory and Ill sort out an adjusted version fast.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
