Nurse Word Heart Embroidery Design, Typography Word Cloud Heart Pattern

The word 'nurse' fills a heart shape, dozens of times over at every size and in every style. Youve got large bold block caps in the middle, smaller lowercase script filling the gaps, serif and sans-serif versions layered in between, and tiny itty bitty versions right at the edges where the space gets tight. From across the room it reads as a solid red heart. Up close youll realise every single bit of fill is the same word over and over. Its one of those designs where the concept does the work.

Single red thread all the way through, no colour changes at all, which keeps the setup simple. The density is 636 across the design because the letters pack in tight and each one has satin fill, so the stitch count is quite high. Smallest size is 3.51 inches wide at 15,437 stitches, largest stretches to 7.51 inches wide at 30,361 stitches. Slow down on the dense text sections and use cutaway stabiliser without question, the fill density is too high for tearaway to handle.

I sell this one year round but theres a big spike around nurses day in May and valentines in February. Customers who are nurses themselves buy it, but I also get alot of orders from family members making gifts for their nurse mum or sister or daughter. One customer embroidered the 5 inch version onto a white canvas tote for her daughters nursing graduation and said she cried when she gave it to her. That occured to me as the perfect use for this design honestly.

Works best on white, cream, or pale grey fabric where the red thread stands out clearly. The dense red on dark backgrounds can lose definition, especially at the smaller sizes where the lettering gets quite tiny. Pop the 4 or 5 inch version centred on a shirt front or on a canvas tote. The 7.5 inch version framed in a hoop makes excellent wall art for a nurses station or home office.
