A round cartoon panda sprawled in a hammock, arms dangling down the sides and that classic half-asleep expression. The hammock ropes run across the top and bottom in sage green and the panda body is classic black and white with blush pink circles on both cheeks. Nine colours total in the build, mostly black white and grey with the sage and pink as small accents. Honestly its one of those designs that just makes people smile when they see it, and Ive had more repeat buyers on this one than most.
The shape is taller than it is wide, which is a bit unusual for an animal design. Sizes go from 2.53 wide by 3.49 inches tall at 12647 stitches up to 5.42 by 7.5 inches reaching 35,279 stitches. Density is 868 per square inch, comfortable for a range of fabrics. I put the 4-inch on a cream cotton onesie last winter for a baby shower gift set and the mum was suprised how well the small black eye patches stitched out without bleeding into the white. A customer whos been buying from me since last year uses it regularly for baby gift commissions and says its her most requested design.
Tape a medium-weight cutaway backer for baby garments and knit items, thats the most common use for this one. Tearaway handles fine on canvas zip pouches. The black satin on the panda patches needs a proper underlay to stop the white base fabric showing through the fill, and the Wilcom build has that already sequenced in. Dont skip the stabiliser on the arms and ears, those narrow satin sections can lift without backing.
Stitch the 3-inch version onto a baby bodysuit chest for a nursery gift. Pop a 4-inch run on a cotton tote for a panda-lover present. Use the largest size for a kids bedroom wall hoop. Add it to a cushion cover in a wildlife nursery set alongside a giraffe or elephant design.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
