Big radial fireworks burst, spokes shooting out from a centre point in every direction. The trailing ends of each spoke have lil star shapes sitting at the tips, so it reads as a firework mid-explosion rather than a flat starburst graphic. Youll know immediately what it is. No mistaking it. Thats the kind of instant recognition you want on a patriotic piece.
2 colours only. Red carries the main burst spokes and white picks up the star tips and the inner ring detail. That colour count keeps stitching fast and the design clean on darker fabrics where busy multi-colour fireworks tend to bleed. Stitch count runs 19,925 on the smallest size up to 32,121 on the largest, across 5 sizes from 4.74 inches wide up to 7.89 inches wide. wilcom file, underlay clamps each ray cleanly so the satin spokes stay crisp and dont spread on knit.
Last 4th of july a bunch of customers ordered this specifically for custom navy caps. Theyll come back for it year after year once its in the rotation. Works on a navy or black twill cap with a cutaway stabiliser behind the panel. Use the 4.74-inch size for a cap and the larger 7-inch version for a tee chest or jacket back. Im seeing it on baseball caps and structured snapbacks alot this season.
Skip light coloured fabrics here because the red-on-white combo loses contrast and the burst reads muddy. Dark navy, charcoal, black or deep burgundy are the colours that let this thing pop. Hoop with firm tension, use a tearaway on woven twill and a cutaway on cap material. Dont try stretch knit for the larger sizes because the long satin spokes pull badly on anything with too much give. Bug me on chat if something stitches funny.
Use cases coming soon.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
