Worked up this patriotic fireworks truck because I wanted something with a vintage americana feel rather than the usual eagle approach. Its an old-style pickup, 3 colours, rounded hood and cab, those classic white-ring tyres. The whole truck body is navy blue satin. On the door theres a white star. The truck bed is loaded with Christmas-tree shaped firework rockets stacked up in red, white star scatter floating above the load. The whole thing reads like a small town 4th of july parade float and people respond to that mood.
Navy blue, red and white. Density is 758 which is heavy, makes sense given how much satin coverage sits in the truck body. Stitch count goes from 10.5k at the smallest up to 26.7k at the 8-inch. The proportions run tall more than wide because the cab plus the firework load stacks up vertically, so check hoop orientation before you start. Youll probably want portrait placement on most machines.
Customers asked about this one for adult shirts more than I expected. I thought itd be a kids design but the vintage truck look pulls in an older crowd too. Most of em are running the 4-inch on a shirt pocket or the 5-inch on a hat front. The blue truck on a white shirt looks sharp, the contrast is clean and the stars pop.
Tape a [cutaway] behind anything stretchy or knit. On woven fabrics like twill or canvas a firm tear-away works fine because the fill is dense and needs a stable base. Use a medium-weight cutaway on tees and pull your fabric smooth before hooping so the truck outline doesnt warp. Pop polymesh topping on fleece or towelling and the star details will stitch clean. Run a colour test on white cotton first because the thread red reads differently depending on your brand.
Five sizes, 2.2 to 4.4 inches wide, 4 to 8 inches tall. The 4-inch version sits great on a shirt pocket. Email me if you hit any sizing questions and Ill help you sort it out.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
