Two hearts sitting side by side, slightly overlapping, and both filled with the American flag. The bigger heart on the left gets the blue star field across the top curve, red and white diagonal stripes sweeping down through the body. The smaller heart behind it is the same deal but scaled down, tucked into the overlap. Its a simple concept but the execution is the thing alot of people dont get right when they try to do this digitally.

Satin fill columns run at a diagonal across each heart so the stripes actually look like stripes and dont just sit as coloured patches. Three colours total, navy, crimson and white. Theres no outline thread around the hearts so nothing breaks up the flag illusion. Wilcom digitised it clean, each heart gets its own angle shift in the fill columns so they read as separate shapes even where they overlap. And the underlay under those satin columns is whats keeping the red from bleeding into the white on thinner cottons.
