The design looks like a heart at first glance, but instead of a solid fill its made up entirely of individual paw prints. Bigger paws sit toward the centre and smaller ones fill the gaps near the edges, gonna be honest it took me a while to get the sizing right so they pack together without looking random. Each paw has the round main pad and 4 toe pads stitched in satin fill, so from a distance you read a solid heart shape but up close every individual print is there.
Single black thread, no colour changes at all, which makes this really quick to run on the machine once its hooped. Dense design though, 663 stitch density, so the stitching time at the larger sizes is real. Smallest is 3.5 inches wide at 10,923 stitches, largest is 7.5 inches wide at 28,384 stitches. Reach for a cutaway stabiliser here, the density needs solid backing or youll get some shifting in the middle sections.
Customers who have dogs or cats order this one constantly. A customer told me she stitches the 4.5 inch version onto black cotton totes and sells them at her local craft market, said it always goes first. I can see why, its the kind of design that speaks directly to pet owners without any text needed.
Works best on medium to heavy fabrics, denim, canvas, cotton drill, fleece. The black pops well on white, cream, and navy. Try it on a charcoal grey shirt for that subtle tone-on-tone look if you want something less in your face. Skip lightweight chiffon or any slippery wovens, the density will drag.
5 sizes from 3.5 to 7.5 inches wide, so youve got good range from a left chest accent up to a full front shirt piece.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
