Heres the pink bow pencil and honestly teachers lose their minds over this lil design. A regular wooden pencil sits at a soft diagonal, sharpened tip pointing down-left with that classic graphite grey nub showing. Up top the metal ferrule has a few colour bands, teal then a thin navy then silver, and the whole top end is wrapped up in a chunky hot-pink ribbon tied into a fat bow.

Bow itself is the star. Two big loops, two tails, plus those white highlight curves digitised straight into the satin layer, which makes the ribbon read like fabric and not a flat shape. Pink fill goes on first, the lighter pink highlights and white sheen layer on top, then the black outline locks it all in. Pencil barrel uses two oranges and a brown shadow stripe so the wood looks like it has grain.

Fifteen colour stops, sounds alot but most of em are tiny accent shots, the navy band runs just 79 stitches on the tiniest 3.51 inch frame size and the teal lands at 99. Smallest version is 14,156 stitches at 2.92 inch wide, biggest is 37,704 at 6.25 inch. Density runs about 803 stitches per inch squared so its a sit-up satin look on knits, not a flat-mat finish.

Stitch on white, cream, pale grey or pastel mint and that pink ribbon really sings. Skip pink fabric for obvious reasons, the bow disappears. Skip dark fabric aswell because the wood barrel oranges go muddy and youll lose the highlights. Pair tee knits with a 3oz mesh cutaway, then layer wash-away film over fleece or terry pile to keep the satin sharp. Hoop drum-tight, that bow has alot of directional satin and slack fabric makes the loops look soggy. One customer pinged me about the 5 inch design last August for a dozen teacher gift hand towels for back-to-school open day, and they were the first thing to walk off the staffroom table.

Ping if the file gives a tantrum on your colour stops, drop me your machine model in email and ill compress the 15 stops down to 8 or 10 for a faster stitchout same day.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
