The heart here isnt the usual filled-in shape. Its drawn as a single looping line, like someone did it in one brushstroke, starting from the top left, sweeping down through the body and curling up into a long decorative tail at the bottom right. Then a solid black paw print sits right in the upper half, kinda overlapping where the heart curves, both shapes sharing space without crowding each other. Two colours. Clean.
Stitch count is light, honestly one of the lower-density designs in my range. Smallest size at 3.45 inches runs 4,333 stitches and the largest 7.43-inch sits at 15,100. Thats because its mostly outline satin and the paw fill is compact. Means it digitises fast and stitches out without drama. I been customisin versions of this design for the past year and it almost never causes machine issues, even on lighter fabrics.
The people buying this fall into a few camps. Pet memorial workshop owners ordering it for sympathy gift projects. Dog rescue fundraisers who stitch it onto canvas bags for adoption day tables. My mum runs a small doggy daycare and she uses it on the staff aprons, she sent me a photo last october and it looked alot better than she expected on the navy cotton. Good marker that the design holds across fabric colours.
Tearaway works well on woven cotton tee fabric. On jersey or any stretchy knit, swap in a cutaway layer so the red satin outline keeps its shape. Pop the small 3.45-inch on a keyring felt patch or a collar tag backing. Send me message if the paw padding stitches look gappy on your test run and Ill adjust the underlay settings.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Pet memorial sympathy gift teesDog rescue fundraiser tote: 5-inch centred on canvas, two colours stitch fast and the design sells the cause at the table.
- Dog rescue fundraiser tote bagsVet clinic scrub tops in pale blue -- 2-colour simplicity reads clearly on clinical fabric at the 4-inch chest build.
- Doggy daycare staff apronsFelt keyring blank: 3.45-inch embroidered, trimmed to an oval, split ring through a grommet at the top edge.
- Pet shop branded bandanasDog mum sweatshirt at 6-inch on grey jersey -- letter the pup name in running stitch just above the heart in matching thread.
- Vet clinic uniform embroideryPet memorial cream cotton tee, 4-inch paw centred, name added below the outline in a complementary thread colour.
- Custom dog mum sweatshirtsDoggy daycare navy apron, chest panel position at medium build -- looks professional enough for repeated daily wear.
- Cat cafe merchPet shop bandana hem at smallest build, brand tag on reverse, give them out with purchases as a freebie.
- Felt keyring patchesCat cafe counter apron front: works for cat owners just as well, and the light stitch count keeps labour cost manageable.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
