The layout works top to bottom like a badge. Pickleball arches over the top in thick black slab-serif capitals -- even on the 3-inch those letterforms hold, which matters because arched text can go wobbly at small sizes. Two dark green crossed paddles fill the middle, faces splayed out, a polka-dot ball sitting right where the handles overlap. Below that, Queen in a swooping italic script takes up almost as much vertical space as the paddles do. Those two small stars flanking the word stop it looking empty at the edges. Its really kinda the details that make this one work at small sizes.

Black and dark green, two colours only. Ive run this on blush polo knit and the satin sections on the Queen script stitch smooth -- the ball holes come out as proper negative space voids at 4 inches and up. Dont skip the topping on loopy pile fabric or that italic script'll blur. Lay cutaway under it on jersey or fleece blanks, tearaway is fine on canvas totes or cotton hoodies. Youre gonna want a firm hoop regardless of what blank youre using.

Around mothers day last year I had a run of orders for this one -- people stitching it on canvas totes and zip bags for women in their local pickleball group. A customer wrote me saying she ordered it for three different bag panels in a single go. Pop it on a tote front at 5 inches, stitch the 4-inch run across a polo chest, or run the 3-inch size onto a structured cap with firm topping stabiliser to keep that arch text crisp. Skip very dark navy fabric, the dark green outlines can blend right in.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
