The pineapple is a house. Thats the whole bit and it totally works. The lower half is a wide ribbed fruit body in golden yellow with deep purple diamond patches filling the typical pineapple scale pattern. On top sits a proper tiled cottage roof with a small window on the left side and a big arched doorway trimmed in dark red right in the centre. And standing in that doorway, barely reaching the frame, is the gnome himself. Red pointy hat, long white beard, teal outfit. He looks like he owns the place and honestly I cant argue with him.

The crown explodes upward in a big spray of long tropical leaves, lime green and dark teal with purple undersides and golden tips. Black outlines everywhere stop colours bleeding into each other. Wilcom packed in 13 colours, 12 colour changes, and the largest size pushes past 84k stitches. Heres the thing about that density: a good cutaway stabiliser handles it fine, just dont rush the machine.

I made this one for a customer last spring who runs a tropical-themed gift shop and wanted something completely ridiculous for tote bags. She sent photos when it came off the machine and honestly it looked better stitched than on screen. Since then I get orders from people doing kids room decor, summer merch, and beach house cushions. Cant count how many times ive been suprised by which designs really take off.

Stitch on cream or white cotton to let those purples and yellows pop. Works great on canvas totes, denim jacket backs, and large throw cushion covers. Skip stretchy fabrics on the bigger sizes, 84k stitches needs something stable to sit on. Back it with heavyweight cutaway, the density in the roof tiles and fruit body is alot and a tearaway wont hold it flat.

Seven sizes from 5.35 inches up to 8.5 inches tall. Run the colour sequence in order since the underlay stitching on the leaf sections is there for a reason. Holler if the file does anything unexpected on your machine and Ill fix it for you.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
