On a slow afternoon I worked up a rainbow design that wasnt the typical pastel stripes version everyone has seen a hundred times. Each arc band is fully loaded with a leopard print in two shades of pink, a lighter blush base with dark black-outlined spots scattered across it. The solid hot-pink satin heart at the base sits right inside the arch like its cradled there. Its bold and feminine and I was suprised how well the print reads at even the smaller hoop sizes.
Five sizes in the file going from 2.98 inches wide up to 6.38 inches, with stitches running from 16,542 to 41,290 at the largest. Three colours: two pinks and black. Density is 862 which puts it in the medium-firm range, Wilcom EmbroideryStudio routed the leopard spot elements to minimise jump threads inside the fill areas. Use a firm cutaway stabiliser on anything other than woven cotton, the satin-based leopard shapes need that anchor or they can lift at the bobbin side. Skip tearaway entirely on terry cloth or fleece.
The most common question I get is whether the spots actually look like a proper leopard print or just random shapes. On smooth cotton twill they read cleanly with no topping needed. Add a water-soluble topping on any textured surface and run your tension at a normal setting. A customer stitched the 4-inch version on a pink terry cloth baby towel last month and it came out exactly right once they added the topping layer. Stitch a test piece first if youre working on an expensive fabric, specially at the large 6-inch size where the spot density is highest. Pop the finished piece on a backpack or a tote and the leopard texture catches the light really nicely.
Use this on kids backpacks, baby gift sets, Valentine tote bags, sweatshirts, zip pouches, and iron-on patch projects. Wild finish. Text me if youre having trouble with the leopard fill registration and Ill walk you through the stabiliser setup.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
