Stacked retro lettering, Plant on top, Lady below, in a chunky rounded script with a bold outline and lighter inner fill that reads like a vintage badge. All the botanical stuff around the edges is in outline style, open, not filled solid, so it frames the text without overpowering it. Roses, big blooms, stems and leaves, and a small butterfly up in the corner. Single colour, one thread, 5 sizes from 3.27 to 7.01 inches.
She sent me a message last week after stitching the 5-inch version on a terracotta-coloured canvas tote, said the lettering sat really sharp and the flowers read clear on the darker base. With 8,593 stitches at the smallest size its not a heavy machine job at all, the outline-style flowers keep the count lower than youd expect for how detailed it looks. Tearaway stabiliser on cotton or canvas is fine for most sizes.
Use the bigger 7-inch size for full tote fronts or sweatshirt chests, the 3.27-inch version is good enough for mug cosies or small patches. Stitch on white cotton and the botanical line work really comes through. Avoid very dark fabrics if youre only using one colour thread, the outlines wont have enough contrast.
