Four cats on a horizontal line and each one is doing their own thing. Far left one is kinda just sitting, looking out like its judging something. Second cat has its back turned, a lil cheeky. Third is crouched with its nose up sniffing the air. And then under the bar theres one hanging upside down by its front paws, tail dangling, completely unbothered. Its exactly how cats actually behave so honestly anyone with cats gets it straight away.

Single colour, all black. Just clean outline stitching, no fill at all, which is what gives it that simple modern feel. Wilcom did the digitising here and the stroke weight is realy consistent across all four cats, so even at the smallest 1.93-inch wide size the lines dont get muddy. Five sizes from that small chest pocket size all the way up to 4.12 inches wide by 7.5 tall, so it works narrow and tall on a tote handle or wider across a cushion.

I get messages from cat cafe owners and indie cat gift shop people for this one more than almost anything else. A customer this spring used it along a tea towel hem border, spacing four separate hoopings in a row, and the result was kinda just gorgeous in a simple way. Stitch on any background colour and swap the thread to match. White on black linen looks dramatic. Terracotta on cream canvas is warm and modern. Use a light tearaway stabiliser on woven fabric, the stitch count tops at under 9.5k so theres no pull or distortion risk. Avoid jersey unless you hoop with a stabilising layer because the thin outline stitches can shift.
