Classic cartoon kitten sitting up straight, front paws tucked, tail curled around to one side. The whole design is outline-only, no fill, which is exactly what makes it so versatile. Big round eyes with that wide kawaii stare, tiny nose, little tuft of fur on the chest area. One colour total which means you pick whatever thread matches your project, I usually suggest running it in white on dark fabric or black on light fabric for the cleanest read.
Only 6,178 stitches at the largest 7.5-inch size and just 3,452 on the 3.5 micro. Super fast to run, a customer who makes personalised cat-lover gifts told me last month she can knock out five of these in under an hour on her multi-needle machine. Email me if your machine keeps breaking thread on the tight curves and I can send tips for adjusting bobbin tension on thin running stitch.
Pair no-show mesh on stable woven cotton, the density is low enough that tearaway holds fine and you wont have bulk under a thin shirt. On stretchy knit fabric use a light cutaway and slow your speed through the spiral eye sections where the satin column does its tightest curve. Stitch the outline pass in a slightly metallic thread if you want a lifted look on dark fabric.
Pop it on any plain fabric honestly. White on navy jersey tee, black on cream canvas tote, charcoal on a butter yellow onesie. Skip patterned background fabric because the outline detail gets lost in busy prints. The single-colour outline looks equally good as a small pocket logo at 3.5 inches or a bold chest graphic at 7.5 inches. Dont overthink the thread choice, just match it to your vibe. Send a chat if the file doesnt load right in your software and Ill check it for you.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
