Just the top half of a puppy face peering over an invisible edge, floppy ears hanging down on either side, those big round eyes looking straight up at you. Its a really wide landscape format since youre basically seeing the ear span, widest is 7.51 inches across but only 4.63 inches tall. The dog has 7 colours including that warm golden-tan fur, cream on the muzzle section, and little white highlight stitches in the eyes that give it that alive quality.
Density on this one is 1,410 which is the highest Ive seen in a dog portrait. The fur sections use dense directional satin fills that actually look like lil individual hairs grouped together, not just a flat colour block. The ear fur in particular has multiple direction changes to suggest how floppy ears fold and hang. And the nose is done in satin with a slight sheen finish to it.
Five sizes, smallest is 3.51 inches wide and just over 2 inches tall so it fits on a pocket or cuff easily. Stitch count from 22,038 to almost 49k on the large, so the biggest size is a proper sit-down project. People have been buying this one nonstop since I listed it in january, mainly dog lovers doing personalised pet gifts. One customer told me she stitched it on a grey cotton tote for a friend whose dog looked exactly like this design.
Use cutaway stabiliser on any fabric with this one, the density is too high for tearaway. Stitch on cotton, denim, canvas or fleece. Skip anything with pile or long nap because the fine fur detail will get lost. Slow the machine down a little on the ear sections to keep the direction changes crisp and avoid thread breaks.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
