Heres the rainbow hair unicorn and shes very much a sweet storybook unicorn. White body, soft round muzzle, big lashes on a single visible eye, tiny pink heart cheek. The horn sits gold with a spiral satin column running up it. Her mane and tail flow back in thick rainbow ribbons of pink, lavender, mint, sky blue and lemon yellow.

Eleven colours total and they layer on top of each other in the right order so the rainbow stripes dont bleed into one another. Thick satin fills carry the mane. The body is a tatami fill with clean black outlines on top so the unicorn keeps that crisp cartoon look at any size. A small pink heart sits on her cheek as a little detail.

I drew this one for kids tees and birthday bags really. Last week I been getting alot of orders for unicorn party stuff so it fits right in. People dont stop buying it for first birthday onesies, sleepover pillowcases and dance bag patches. One mum sent photos of her daughters denim jacket and the colourful mane just glowed against the dark blue.

Stitch on light cotton or denim for the cleanest finish. Pop it on white, soft pink, lavender or pale grey shirts and youll see the rainbow mane sing. Skip dark navy or black, the white body needs a bright topping if youre going that route or it wont show under the satin. Avoid stretchy ribbed knits because the heavy fills can pucker right through.

Density is on the higher side at 81k stitches on the largest 7.25 inch size and 32k on the smallest 3.39 inch. Use a medium-weight cutaway stabiliser and a fresh sharp 75/11 needle. Hooped tight, no floating. Pop a quick chat if your hoop slips during the dense centre fills.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
