Unicorn head turned slightly to the left, the long mane flowing back behind the neck in distinct colour stripes. Each stripe in the mane is a separate satin fill run: coral, warm gold, mint green, sky blue, lavender. The horn is a gold spiral column stitch. Stars in cream and white scatter around the outside of the head, some solid fill, some outline only. Eight colours total and theyre all visible even on the smaller sizes.

Kids have been going wild for this one. I get messages every few weeks from parents doing birthday merch. One customer ordered the 5-in feature on 12 white cotton tee shirts for a whole unicorn birthday party last June. She sent photos and the rainbow mane colours popped perfectly against white, each stripe clean and distinct even at that run quantity. Honestly its the kind of design parents keep coming back for.

Stitch count sits between 13k and 33k stitches across the 9 sizes. Hoop on cotton jersey or fleece with a cutaway stabiliser. The mane satin stripes are relatively thin at the small sizes so dont go below 3.5 inches or the colour stripes compress together. Use a topping mesh on fleece to stop the satin columns sinking. On woven cotton you can use tearaway at the medium 4-5 inch sizes, its fine there and youre done in a fraction of the time.

Pop it on white, cream or a soft pastel pink tee for the most punch. Sky blue fabric works great aswell and gives the whole thing a more fantasy feel. Avoid dark grounds because the white unicorn head body becomes hard to read. Works on fabric bags, hats and fleece blankets too.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
