Realistic bumblebee resting on a full golden sunflower, body angled across the bloom like its actually mid-forage. Wings open just enough to show the grey-white vein structure underneath, and the yellow and black banding on the abdomen is layered fill you dont often see at this price point. Theres a proper weight to the bee visually, it doesnt float on top of the flower, it sits right in it.

The petals run golden yellow with a warm orange blush closer to the base, and the outer tips lighten off a touch to give a sun-bleached, end-of-summer garden feel. Brown and grey fills on the centre section read as texture rather than flat colour, so up close the middle looks almost three-dimensional. The bloom angles slightly from above, so the lower petals peek out from behind the bee on both sides.

Pair the smaller sizes on white or cream linen for the clearest colour payoff. Dark fabric works too but the pale wing detail needs a lighter backing to read clearly. Best on stable wovens, dont attempt the 5.5-inch size on anything loosely knit or the petal outlines will pull. Hoop tight and let it run slow on the fill, thats where the density sits. A medium-weight cutaway underneath keeps everything flat and stops the petals dragging on stretch.

Last april I had a wave of orders for nature kitchen sets, people have been buying pairs of dish towels with garden motifs. Stitch the 4-inch size twice on a tea towel pair and ya get a coordinated set for about 45 minutes of machine time total. Also works on the front pocket of a linen apron or across a canvas tote. the 3.5 in face on a bucket hat brim is a really nice compact placement.

Holler if the file isnt loading right on your machine and ill send a remapped version straight away.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
