Realistic bunny portrait, head and upper chest facing slightly left. Both ears fully upright. Fur texture built from directional stitches following actual rabbit fur growth, chamois and warm brown tones layered with highlights and white, deep brown for shadow areas. Nothing flat about it. A small butterfly perches near the right ear in matching earth tones. Thin-stemmed wildflowers in soft pink petal and dusty blue-grey spread below the chin, wispy not detailed.

7 Madeira Classic 40 colors: chamois, white, pink petal, warm brown, dark brown, and stainless steel. 9 sizes, widest at 7.58 inches and tallest at 6.64. Nearly square proportions, good for centred placement. Hoop it on natural linen or pale grey woven cotton and youll see the directional fur detail properly. Use a cutaway stabiliser for any fabric with give. Stitch it in a 6-inch wooden hoop frame and youve got wall art thats done when youre done stitching.

This went out on a spring linen table runner order last year and the customer came back for 2 more pieces. Thats the thing with good fur texture, it holds at distance so people notice it on finished items. My customers doing nursery projects tend to pick the 4 to 5 inch range. If youre not sure which size fits your table linens or nursery project, email me and Ill help you figure it out.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Spring table runner or linen napkin setOn a natural linen table runner the earthy thread palette looks really at home, works for spring table settings without feeling seasonal-specific.
  • Childs bedroom pillow or wall hoopA childs room in woodland or nature theme takes this kind of design well, stitch it onto a white pillow cover or stretch it in a wooden hoop.
  • Tote bag for a nature lover or gardenerGarden totes or farmers market bags suit this perfectly, its quiet and natural rather than loud.
  • Easter basket liner or gift pouchEaster gift bags and basket liners are an obvious seasonal use, the butterfly detail adds something a bit more special than a plain bunny.
  • Womens cardigan or sweatshirt chest patchScaled down to 4 inches it sits well on a cardigan chest or sweatshirt pocket area, soft enough not to overpower the garment.
  • Framed hoop art for a nursery or hallwayStretched into a natural wood hoop this makes finished wall art on its own, the wildflowers at the base give it a complete framed feel.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
