Realistic elephant head, full frontal portrait in 2 colours, ears spread wide on both sides, trunk hanging straight down with the natural curl at the tip, ivory tusks sweeping out below the jaw. Its a big design only in 3 sizes and the smallest is already 5.51 inches wide. The largest pushes 7.51 by 6.66 inches and lands at 66,733 stitches. Thats alot to ask of your machine, prep matters here.

Only 2 colours go in, a mid charcoal grey and white, but the digitising is where it earns the price. Every hide section stitches in a different direction so the forehead reads differently from the ears, and the trunk reads differently still. The wrinkle lines along the trunk are done with tight parallel rows stacking up like actual skin folds. White thread lays down as underlay on the ear edges and tusk curves to lift em off the charcoal ground. Its one colour change total during the run, swap the grey for white and let it finish.

I sell this one to wildlife charity groups and safari nonprofits fairly often. One customer ordered 30 copies for a fundraiser gala in december and stitched em onto black velvet pouch bags as auction prizes. The contrast on black velvet was unreal. Send me message if youre planning a run like that because I can advise on stabiliser layering for velvet specifically.

Use a dense cutaway stabiliser, no exceptions. Density sits at 1,334 and the ear fills push stitch concentration hard. Hoop firm, go slow on the ear sections, set your machine speed to around 600 stitches per minute for the heaviest fills. Best results on black, navy or dark charcoal fabric where the ivory tusks and white highlights have maximum pop. Skip pale or light fabric because the mid-grey body tone disappears.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
