Red, white and cute unicorn face with a 4-colour patriotic star crown. Drew this up last summer when I noticed alot of people searching for something patriotic that wasnt just a flat flag. The horn spirals up in alternating satin stripes. The crown at the top stacks five-pointed stars in red, blue and aqua, layered so theyre slightly overlapping. Gives it alot of dimension without complicating the hoop.
Below the face the phrase "red, white & cute" runs in three different script weights. "red" in looping red cursive, "white" in aqua italic, and "& cute" in bolder blue script with a long decorative swash underneath. I digitised it in my professional tool with directional satin and a clean underlay so it doesnt shift on cotton or fleece. Stitch count runs from 9,845 at the 4-inch up to 16,371 at the 7-inch.
I get messages every June asking if this works on kids polos and yes it does. Pop a knit-friendly cutaway behind anything stretchy. Pick tear-away for woven cotton totes or denim shirts. The 4-inch fits toddler tops, the 7-inch covers adult sweatshirt fronts.
Keep the aqua thread a true aqua not a turquoise, the difference matters next to the saturated red. Holler if theres any problem with the download.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- 4th of July kids tee or onesieSet to 5 inch on a child's tee with tear-away stabiliser for a clean finish
- Patriotic unicorn birthday party shirtThe star-crown composition sits well centred on small chest placement for birthday party shirts
- Girls summer camp backpack patchUse the 4-inch on a canvas patch, back it with cutaway, then iron or sew onto a bag strap
- Red white and blue tote bag for paradesThe wide 7-inch version fills a standard tote front perfectly for parade season
- Independence Day baby bib or burp clothThe 4-inch fits neatly on a bib with the lettering still readable at that size

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
