I love this one because its just the face, nothing else. No body, no sleigh, just these big soft doe eyes with long lashes, a round red nose and a pair of antlers wrapped in tangled christmas lights. It reads instantly even at small sizes, which is why it works so well on things like mug rugs, ornament blanks and pocket placements.
The antlers are stitched in warm tan brown with a string of lights looping around the branches, individual bulbs in red, yellow and green satin fill. The eyes each have a tiny highlight stitch that gives em that slightly glassy look, and there are a few subtle cheek marks. Nothing over the top. 6 colour stops, stitch count from 5,590 at the smallest 2.24 inch size up to 10,196 at 4 inches wide. Only 3 sizes on this one, so email me if you need an in-between and I can check what I have.
Works really well on kids christmas pyjamas, the face shape sits flat on cotton jersey if you use a cutaway stabiliser. Use a light tear-away on quilting cotton. Stitch it on a beanie cuff for a seasonal winter accessory that doesnt look mass-produced. I had customers order this one specifically because they wanted something simpler than a full reindeer body and it works every time. Dont overthink the thread colour choices, just match your project and the design carries itself.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
