I had a customer write me last halloween saying she wanted something witchy but kinda funny, not a scary witch, more of an eye-roll witch. This is exactly that. Three point two five inches wide and 3.51 tall, 8,819 stitches in 4 colours digitised at density 120, which gives it that clean flat look thats perfect for garments you're gonna wash alot. The low density is intentional, on this kind of bold cartoon face, heavy fill would actually make the outlines look muddier.
The stabiliser choice matters here. On t-shirts and sweatshirts Ill always say go with a cutaway, the design is just 3.25 inches but the satin outlines are fine enough that tear-away on knit fabric can cause distortion over time. Use a topping layer on fleece or any fuzzy fabric so the loops dont creep into those skinny outline columns. The hat brim uses a satin fill that needs the bobbin tension set correctly or youll get a kinda just visible ridge down the centre. Run a test first on scrap fabric.
People are gonna put this on everything from halloween party tees to trick-or-treat bags to the front of a witch costume hat. I see it alot on canvas tote bags too, that slightly grumpy face reads really well in a medium format. Stitch it in the standard black/green/purple colourway or swap the green for a warm orange for an autumn twist. Send me a quick message if the download doesnt arrive and Ill check your order immediately.
What people are using this design for
A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.
- Halloween tee left chest placementHalloween girls night tee, the eye-roll expression says everything without needing any text alongside it.
- Witch costume hat front embroideryActual witch hat brim, stiff felt base, the 3.25-inch width lands perfectly across the front panel of most hat brims.
- Trick-or-treat canvas bag designMakeup bag front for a halloween gift set, the flat 120-density fill means the design wont stiffen the pouch canvas.
- Halloween party sweatshirt graphicLeft chest on a teaching assistant's halloween spirit shirt, students appreciate the humour at this scale.
- Seasonal tote bag statement pieceLinen throw pillow centrepiece for a halloween lounge setup, the flat cartoon palette coordinates with deep purple and mustard cushions.
- Halloween pillow cover centrepieceDog bandana point for a grumpy-looking bulldog or pug, the eye-roll energy is honestly great for certain breeds.
- Kids costume accessory patchApron front pocket panel for a halloween baking party, the 4-colour design reads well in the pocket area without competing with an apron print.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
