And its a good one. 3 colours, 5 sizes, and that satin density at 362 keeps the stitching flat and clean. The quote reads "Rise Like the Sun and Shine" in a chunky bold typeface, probably 2-3 weights of lettering layered together, with some kind of starburst or radiating lines sitting behind or around the main words. A warm gold tone, something burnt-orange-ish for contrast, and dark charcoal for the outline work. Digitised in the digitising software so the underlay is solid.

Stitch range goes from 8,221 at the smallest up to 17,817 at 8 inches wide. Im usually recommending the 6 or 7 inch version for tote bags because the lettering reads clearly at that scale without crowding the fabric. Use a soft backer on cotton canvas or twill, and the density at 362 means you wont get that stiff cardboard-y feel even on a lighter shirt.

A customer last autumn ordered this specifically for a batch of teacher appreciation bags, said they wanted something motivational but not too cheesy. This sits in that zone, the starburst adds real graphic punch without tipping into corny territory. Hoop your item securely, run the gold fill passes first, then the lettering over the top. Skip satin stitching on stretch knit unless you back it with a topping film or the letters will sink.

The 3 colour build means 3 thread stops but the changes are clean and fast. Pop it on a structured cap, a canvas tote, a hoodie chest, or a throw pillow and it reads just as well at 4 inches as it does at 8. Best on light or mid-tone fabrics where that gold really comes through.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Motivational gym bags and workout wearRun it at 7 inches on a polyester blend gym bag or hoodie for the early-morning workout crowd.
  • Back-to-school backpack patchesThe 4-inch version hoops cleanly onto a backpack front panel with a firm cutaway backing.
  • Office desk accessories and pencil casesSmaller 4-inch size works on pencil cases and desk pouches without crowding the surface.
  • Graduation gift items and keepsake fabric panelsAt 8 inches on a fabric panel it makes a proper keepsake piece for framing or display.
  • Morning-routine journal covers and fabric notebooksStitch on a fabric notebook cover using a stabiliser layer to keep the lettering crisp.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
