Pulled this together after alot of requests for a dino design with real attitude. The t-rex isnt just standing there, its crashing through the fabric like it burst out of whatever was holding it. The head is in profile, jaw dropped wide, and you can see every individual tooth picked out in cream satin against that dark mouth cavity. Orange-gold fills the lower jaw and neck, blue-grey washes over the skull and crest, and the jagged burst ring around the body looks like the shirt itself couldnt contain it. Black directional outlines run along every scale edge, giving the whole thing that hand-inked graphic-novel feel.

embroidery software handled the digitising. The colour sequencing runs 10 stops with 9 colour changes, and the density sits at 1474 stitches per square inch, tight enough that the satin teeth hold their shape even at the 3.16-inch width. The spike detail around the breakout ring uses short directional fills that keep their crisp points without any topping needed on most fabrics.

Stitch this on a navy kids hoodie for the cleanest result, that orange-gold against navy is the combination I keep coming back to. Add a cutaway stabiliser. This design hits 74,854 stitches at the largest hoop and the pull on soft fleece will shift registration without solid backing. Skip light tearaway on anything stretchy, it wont hold. Pair with a water-soluble topping on brushed fleece if you want those spike edges sharp.

Last month a customer emailed photos of the back-panel placement on a forest green hoodie. Honestly one of the best results Ive seen from this file.

Holler at me through the shop chat if something doesnt stitch out right and Ill look at the file for you.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
