The whole heart is packed with roses. Not a rose outline or a scattered floral motif, its actually packed edge to edge, so the heart shape reads because of the outer border of petals rather than a separate line. Each rose has its own layered petal arrangement and theyre positioned at slightly different angles so it doesnt look stamped.
Single colour stitch all the way through, which I find more interesting than it sounds because the depth all comes from the directional stitching and the underlay structure. Stitch count goes from about 11,000 on the smaller end up to 32,000 stitches at 7.5 inches, so its a kinda dense piece at the larger sizes. Density is 629 stitches per square inch on average.
Customers have been buying this one heavily around valentines but I sell it all year honestly. One customer stitched it on a linen tote last March as a mums day gift and she actually sent me a photo of her mum wearing it, which was actually nice to see. The detail reads so well in real life.
5 sizes from 3.5 to 7-in span. Cotton, linen, canvas and denim all work well. Use a cutaway stabiliser, the fill density is too high for tearaway on most fabrics. Slow your machine to 500 SPM on the dense rose centres or the thread can get jumpy on the directional changes.
Avoid stretch fabrics without proper backing, the fill areas need stability. Pick a good quality 40wt thread for the small petal details or theyll look a bit blobby. Send me a quick note if the stitch density is causing needle breaks on your particular machine and I can advise on settings.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
