Santa is seated in the sleigh, one arm up like hes waving or flicking the reins, the reindeer stretched out in front pulling at a run. The whole composition reads as a side-view silhouette but its not flat black only. Theres red in the coat and hat, gold on the sleigh runners, warm brown on the reindeer bodies. Seven colours total and they separate the elements just enough without losing that clean silhouette feel.
The format is narrow and tall. Sizes go from 1.79 inches wide by 5.51 inches tall up to 2.44 by 7.51. Only three sizes but theyre all in that same tall portrait ratio, which makes it work on long surfaces like christmas stockings, tower gift bags and narrow wall hangings. Stitches run from around 19k to 27k depending on size, all done in my digitising suite with density at 1482 per square inch.
That higher density means the satin columns on the reindeer legs and sleigh runners are solid and smooth, I been checking these on cotton twill samples and the gold runners dont break up even at the smaller size. Add medium cutaway behind on knit or fleece. Firm tearaway on woven cotton or denim. Hoop dead straight because a twisted hoop on a tall composition throws the reindeer at an angle and it looks wrong, I been there, its annoying.
Stitch on a navy or dark red stocking and the silhouette floats against the fabric with just those colour accents catching the light. Try it on a grey or cream fleece blanket for a new year gift exchange item. Center the 7-inch version vertically on a long tower gift bag for a custom holiday packaging touch.
People have been buying this one specifically for stockings and I see why. The proportions are just right for a hanging stocking shape. If your machine chokes on the file just shoot me message and ill fix it fast.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
