Santas got the reindeer moving and the snowman is waving from the side like he knows the whole neighbourhood is watching. The sleigh has that classic deep curved shape, runners underneath, santa seated with the reins, and the reindeer out front mid-stride. Its one of those scenes that just reads christmas at a glance, theres no mistaking it.

Seven colours across the whole design, from the deep red of the suit and sleigh body to the warm brown of the reindeer, a white snowman, black hat brim, and gold-ish highlights on the runners and buckles. Stitch count goes from 19,398 on from the small size to 51,861 on the largest. Thats a big stitch job, so expect your machine running a good while on the 6.89 inch size.

I had a customer last december who said she ran the 5-inch design on a cream fleece throw and gave it to her mum as a christmas gift, the mum kept it out on the couch all through january which made me happy.

Five sizes from 3.22 inches wide up to 6.89 inches. Add cutaway behind anything that moves or stretches, tearaway on crisp woven cotton or canvas. The satin sections on the sleigh runners need good density so dont rush the hooping setup.

Hoop snug and centre your piece. Best results come on white, cream, navy or grey fabric where the 7 colours read well without competing with the base. Email me if you want to swap any colour in the palette or need a size thats between the 5 standard options.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Christmas fleece throw blanket cornerA medium size in the lower corner of a cream fleece throw makes a cosy handmade christmas gift that gets used all winter.
  • Holiday sweatshirt front centrepieceCentred on a navy sweatshirt the large version reads like a vintage christmas card against the dark background.
  • Festive cotton tote bag front panelOn the front of a natural canvas tote it doubles as a festive gift bag and a reusable shopping bag after the holiday.
  • Christmas gift wrap fabric pouchStitch onto cotton drawstring pouches sewn into gift wrap for christmas presents that need no extra wrapping paper.
  • Kids christmas pyjama chest designThe smaller sizes work on the chest panel of kids fleece pyjamas for a fun christmas eve outfit detail.
  • Holiday cushion cover centred embroideryCentred on a cream or oatmeal cushion cover it makes a living room decoration that feels handmade rather than bought.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
