Four separate coastal motifs in one file: a branching coral in lavender-purple, a chunky starfish in coral-red with white dot clusters at the tips, a spiral conch shell, and an elongated whelk shell in warm golden tan. Stitch all four in a row or just pull the one you need, each is fully self-contained. All fully filled with dense texture stitching, 11 colours across the sea creature set.

Comes in 3.50" x 0.94" all the way through to 7.50" x 2.01", nine total sizes. Digitised in embroidery software; stitch counts run 3,555 to 9,991. Go with cutaway stabiliser when youre working the bigger sizes, the coral fill is dense and the edges need proper hold to come out clean. Pop it on a pocket at the small end, or run all four along a beach towel hem at the large end for a full coastal strip.

Last summer a customer wrote in saying shed stitched the whole set across linen cushion covers for a beach rental property, four motifs spaced evenly along each cover, looked properly hand-crafted apparently. And the 11 colours arent as painful as they sound, the thread swaps are spread across alot of separate areas so youre not changing every minute. Holler if the file gives any trouble and ill sort it same day.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Beach tote bag front panelCustomer asking which size suits a tote front, the 6.5 inch width leaves room for handles and the row sits sweet across the panel.
  • Bathroom hand towel borderTybee shells from my own trip last february shaped the palette, blush coral cream tones that washed sun-bleached not bright cartoon.
  • Linen napkin corner accentEleven thread changes mean colour planning matters, the starfish peach blush takes two thread passes for depth in the middle.
  • Cotton tea towel featureStitches at 663 spi which gives proper coverage without the satin going stiff, tight underlay sits flat on stretchier fabrics.
  • Summer t-shirt chest designReads as shells laid on a beach blanket on a linen pillow cover front, the low wide composition spreads across the cushion face.
  • Coastal pillow cover frontSkip topping on smooth woven fabric to save yourself a fiddle, terry or pique needs the water-soluble layer for sand dollar lines.
  • Childrens beach blanket trimHolds a fleece blanket edge when paired with sticky tearaway, slow stitch speed protects the nap across the row.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
