This is the single heart outline and its got that hand-drawn doodle feel I really like. The line isnt perfectly symmetric, the two humps are slightly different and theres a small crossover loop where the line meets at the bottom point. Looks like someone drew it in one quick pen stroke.

Only one colour, just bright red, which keeps the whole thing simple and fast to stitch. The line itself is done with a satin column so it has that smooth ropey raised look, almost like a cord laid down on the fabric. No fill, no second colour, just the outline.

I made this one to be the easy go to heart for valentines day shirts and gifts but honestly it also realy works year round. Quite alot of customers stitch it as a small accent next to a name or initial, kinda like a signature heart.

Comes in 13 sizes which is more than usual, smallest is just over 1 inch wide so its great for collar accents, sleeve cuffs, the corner of a hanky. Largest is 7.5 inches for a centred shirt or tote piece.

Stitches cleanly on cotton, linen, denim, fleece and lightweight canvas. I would skip thin silky fabrics for the bigger sizes since the satin stitch can pull. Use a tearaway stabiliser for woven fabrics, cutaway for any stretch knit. Send me note if the file load fails, ill sort it usually within hours.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Valentines day tshirtsA medium size centred on a plain white tee makes a clean valentines day piece without trying too hard.
  • Anniversary gift towelsStitched on a soft cotton hand towel in the corner it becomes a sweet anniversary gift that feels personal.
  • Wedding favour pouchesA small size on a muslin or cotton drawstring favour pouch ties wedding decor together at a low cost.
  • Couples matching hoodiesOn the left chest of matching hoodies it works as a subtle couples detail rather than an in your face print.
  • Linen napkin cornersA tiny version stitched in the corner of a linen napkin lifts a simple table setting for date night dinners.
  • Tote bag accentsUse it as an accent next to a name or initial on a canvas tote to give the bag a quick signature touch.
  • Pillow case monogramsA medium size on a plain pillow case pairs nicely with an embroidered name or date for bedroom decor.
  • Baby bib detailThe smallest size works as a sweet detail on the corner of a baby bib or burp cloth for newborn gifts.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
