This one came out of a request I got back in september from a customer who wanted matching halloween couple shirts for her and her husband, and wanted something that had a real dance vibe to it. Forty-two thousand, nine hundred and seventy-nine stitches at density 250, this is genuinely one of the more detailed designs Ive digitised, so it needs proper setup. One size, 4.84 inches wide and 5.5 inches tall, 4 colours total.
At density 250 the fill is dense and rich, which means your stabiliser choice really matters. Use a medium-weight cutaway on any stretch fabric, this isnt a design where tear-away is going to hold things properly over time. The underlay on the dress skirt is a directional cross-fill that prevents that muted pink satin from shifting under the outer layer. Run the bobbin tension a touch looser than standard so the dense top stitching doesnt pull through. I'd also recommend a topping on any fabric with alot of surface texture, the fine bone detail lines need a flat surface to sit right. Hoop firmly. Really firmly.
People are using this on couples matching halloween sweatshirts, on large halloween tote bags, and as a centrepiece on halloween throw pillows. The dress and suit detail make it read as both spooky and romantic, which is a combination thats kinda rare in halloween designs. Run it in the original 4-colour palette, or swap the dusty rose for deep burgundy for a more gothic feel. Pair it with a plain coordinating text design on the back for the full couples look. Email me if you have questions about the file before you start, 42k stitches is a commitment and Id rather you feel confident first.

About the artist
Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site
Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.
That's the joy I work for.
The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
