Sometimes the simplest designs sell the most, and smile script is exactly that. Just the word smile in a clean flowing script, one colour, lowercase, no frills. Stitch count runs from 1,798 stitches at 1.51 inches wide all the way to 6,469 stitches at 5.51 inches, five sizes in the download, I sell it alot because it fits literally anywhere you need a small positive word. The density is 344 so its fast to stitch and doesnt need a heavyweight stabiliser, a standard medium tear-away works fine on most woven fabrics.

Email me if you need the file in a different format and Ill fix it fast, a customer just messaged me last week asking for a specific machine type and I had it back to her the same day.

Heres the thing about single-colour script designs: they rely entirely on the quality of the satin digitising, and thats where alot of cheap designs fall apart. The letter connections here are clean, the underlay runs along the centre of each stroke so the satin lies flat without pooling at the joins, and the corners have been manually adjusted so you dont get that puckered look at sharp curves. Run it on cotton twill, denim, canvas, or even a fleece jacket with a small piece of water-soluble topping over the script so the loop texture doesnt show through the letters.

Pick the 2 inch size for cap embroidery, it sits right in the sweet spot for unstructured hats where the hooping area is tight. Add it to a tote next to a simple graphic and it reads like a proper branded item. Email me through the shop contact if a customer order needs a colour swap and Ill prep the updated file within hours.

Behind every stitch

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
