This one is a head-on car - you're lookin straight at the front of it, which is kinda unusual for car designs that normally go side profile. The body is navy blue with a lighter blue roof bar. Two big round eyes sit right on the bonnet, each one has a black pupil and a wide white ring around it like classic cartoon eyes. The bumper is hot pink and its shaped to curve up into a big dark open grin. Real goofy-lookin thing, kids absolutely love it.

Eight colours in total: navy, blue, pink, grey, white, red, black and a warm grey for the tyre walls. Stitch count runs from 10,784 at the smallest right up to 35,844 at the largest. The density sits at 876 which is solid - theres alot of fill in this design because of the thick bonnet shape and all the layered sections around the eyes and grin. Back it with a cutaway stabiliser and make sure its hooped tight because you dont want the layers shifting mid-stitch.

I had a customer reach out last month who wanted this on a childs denim jacket. She said it came out great on the back panel at the 5.84 inch width - she had to use a stiff tearaway underneath the denim plus a topping on the face area. Good tip for anyone going that route. Personally I think it looks best on a plain white kids tee, the pink bumper pops on white fabric something good.

Pop in a sharp 75/11 needle, tape down your stabiliser edges before hooping to stop that shifting on thick sections. Trim the jumps between the eye rings - theres a few. Reach out if anything looks off with the file.

What people are using this design for

A starting point. The design works for plenty more than just this list, this is what folks have stitched it onto most.

  • Toddler and kids t-shirts and sweatshirtsFront-facing design sits well centred on the chest of a 2T-8 tee without needing rotation or repositioning.
  • Childrens denim jackets and overshirtsWorks on denim jacket backs at the 5.84 inch size; use stiff tearaway plus topping for clean fill results.
  • Kids backpacks and canvas school bagsThe bold grin and round eyes read clearly even at 2.51 inches on a small canvas bag panel.
  • Baby bibs and burp clothsStitch at the smallest size on a bib front - simple machine-washable placement once stitched on cotton twill.
  • Personalised kids room cushion coversLarge sizes fill a cushion front nicely; the navy and pink colour combo works on cream and white covers.
  • Childrens birthday party favour bagsThe cheerful face theme is always a hit at kids birthday parties stitched on small favour bags.

About the artist

Reyazul Masud Riham, hand-drawing every design on this site

Every design on Re Embroidery is hand-digitized by one person. Each file gets sketched, color-matched, and stitch-tested on real fabric before it earns a place in the shop. No team. No auto-conversion from images. Just slow, deliberate work, sometimes three or four days per design.

That's the joy I work for.

The hard part is finding my designs re-uploaded and resold elsewhere. So when you buy from Re Embroidery, you're paying one real person for the file you're about to download. That matters.
